My name is Angela Beyerl and I am a Swedish engineer and travel addict. More than 10 years I worked in the semiconductor industry. In my job I had the opportunity to travel and I have also made many trips during my holidays. Before moving to Switzerland, where my boyfriend is from, we decided to go on a long travel together. This kind of trip had been a dream for a long time and one I did not expect to come true. It seemed though as the time was right to do it. So I quit my job and off we went. We drove through the US and Canada, New Zealand and Australia. We hiked a lot, did some climbing, visited many cities and had a wonderful and lazy time away from responsibilities and stress.
Now we have settled in Lucerne, Switzerland, and are eager to build a home together. Luckily I already speak German well but the Swiss German which is quite different is something I now have to learn. It is very exciting to live in a new country and I look forward to being so close to the mountains!
My favorite quote: “I travel a lot; I hate having my life disrupted by routine” – Caskie Stinnett
Hi, Angela.
You are really amazing! ^^
I’m sad that you are leaving Micronic but your life looks fantastic. I really admire your bravery and your life.
I know that you don’t have any plan to visit to Korea but if there are any possibilities, please let me know.
Good luck for your wonderful life!
Thanks Michaela! I also hope I can visit Korea again some day and that we can meet again.
Take care!
